We are looking for an Area Manager for Central South Italy .
In the role of Area Manager, the candidate will have the opportunity to work and demonstrate his/her leadership. He/she will work with passionate people in a dynamic environment with full responsibility for the assigned commercial tasks.
This role will directly report to the Sales Director and will give him/her the opportunity to work closely with other members of a multifunctional team and to develop both personal and professional skills.
Main tasks
- Coordinate the team of Product Specialists in a continuous development perspective to ensure achievement of the business objective;
- Define specific actions and implement projects useful for business development;
- Process forecast data and monitor information related to market dynamics and, in particular, competition;
- Ensure constant exchange between the area and headquarters functions;
- Maintain active communication with the sales team by updating them on progress and supporting them in achieving results;
- Ensure that the team maximizes all sales and development opportunities for Women's Health products;
- Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to ensure achievement of company goals;
- Ensure that the team builds a loyal relationship with Theramex's target audience;
- Ensure that all promotional activities comply with the code of conduct;
- Ensure and support change of approach and mindset in line with corporate guidelines.
Specific Education and Experience Requirements
MUST HAVE:
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience
- Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biotechnology or similar fields
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Results orientation, ability to act innovatively, and work in a team
