Job Description
As the Internal Communications Manager you will:
- Develop and deliver internal communication plans.
- These will range from key themes and initiatives
- Critical BAU plans and updates
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels.
- Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation.
- Advise senior executives of developments throughout the organisation, either face to face or through regular written communication.
The Successful Applicant
To secure this Internal Communications Manager role you will be able to evidence:
- Proven track record in an internal communications role within a large, complex organisation.
- The ability to deliver engaging & creative campaigns to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of all comms channels to achieve maximum reach.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that is subject to changing priorities.
- Happy to be Hybrid 3 days office based in Central London.
