What’s the role about?
As our Campaign and Planning Executive, you will be ensuring that all marketing and partner projects are planned and delivered on time and against seasonal objectives. Supporting our Marketing Planning and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for affirming that all partner activity is featured on owned Reiss channels.
Who You Are
- Previous experience within campaign planning in the luxury fashion or beauty industry is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, at pace, and adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural relationship builder and team player.
What You’ll be doing
- Assist our Marketing Planning and Operations Lead in planning promotional, seasonal, and brand campaigns. Collaborate with our Data Insights team on the performance of the campaigns across website, app, and email.
- Work closely with all internal departments across the business on the delivery of content to support innovative and elevated marketing campaigns.
- Create briefs for seasonal trade campaigns and oversee the execution with our Project Manager.
- Monitor global competitor promotional activity and strategy, delivering updates to the wider team in a timely and concise manner. Ensure marketing channel implementation of evergreen marketing activity across all platforms.
- Support the brand marketing team by executing booked partners' activity, which includes selecting appropriate assets, stock checking, and signing off final placements.
- Manage existing relationships when developing brand campaigns and implementing brand content plans.
