Account Manager (8 months fixed term contract), Amazon Incentives, Gift Cards

This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 8 months and can be based in London or Munich.
Amazon Incentives is a multi-billion dollar global business responsible for Amazon Gift Card sales to companies for a variety of uses, including customer acquisition campaigns, loyalty programs, consumer promotions, employee incentives and disbursements (e.g. market research, insurance and customer compensation).
We are seeking an Account Manager to look after existing distributor relationships across Europe for the Amazon Incentives team. In this client-facing role, you will own all aspects of the Amazon Incentives-client relationship. You will represent the voice of the client and customer to inform product development, seek new and creative ways to maximize client lifetime value, and support and lead business projects.
Key job responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture client relationships
- Support channel managers and senior channel managers in day-to-day client management tasks
- Discuss commercial terms internally and with clients
- Analyze and report on distributors' performance to the Amazon Incentives leadership team in the EU
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the portfolio, ensuring business continuity and removing blockers to growth.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree
- Couple of years of experience in account management with corporate clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work autonomously and know when to consult and escalate
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Hands-on approach
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Language knowledge: professional level of Spanish, German, French, or Italian highly appreciated
- Strong judgment and prioritization capability
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
- Demonstrated active listening skills and a highly consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
