About You:
Nobody’s Child is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead (12 month Maternity Cover) to join our Ecommerce team. The business is on an exciting hyper-growth trajectory and so there’s never been a better time to join and make your mark as we continue to take our brand to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention across all channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliates, SEO and display
- Build customer retention strategies in order to increase LTV and reduce churn
- Continually optimise performance; trading each channel and leveraging data and tech to maximise campaign efficiency
- Effectively manage the digital marketing budget and optimise ROAS
- Forecast key performance metrics for each channel in line with business objectives
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting using GA4 as well as each channel’s own attributed reporting (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Affiliate, etc)
- Develop testing plans across the channels including creative, copy, landing pages and user flows to optimise conversion
- Build and maintain relationships with digital agencies and affiliate partners
- Monitor the market and keep abreast of industry developments, identifying new initiatives, risks and opportunities
- Work closely with Brand & Creative to ensure channel campaigns reflect brand values and assets are optimised to maximise traffic and revenue
- Liaise with buying and merchandising teams, feeding back on search trends, customer purchasing habits and the competitor landscape
- Manage Digital Marketing Executive and support wider Ecommerce team across marketing tactics alongside internal trade, buying and merchandising information
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Expert knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, & Display
- Proven track record of driving growth across key performance metrics including revenue growth and ROAS targets
- Extensive experience of owning multi-million pound budgets
- Fluent in GA4 / and experience in attribution tools
- Retail/consumer background is essential
