Core Responsibilities
Report to the LEGO Brand Retail Channel director, this role is expected to lead, plan and implement audience-first driven campaign plan for LEGO Store including annual retail marketing plan, instore merchandising, promotions and instore activities based on seasonal, product lanch and unique occasions aligned with company’s annual plan.
Support new store openings and store refits by participating as project team member for such projects and looking after store designs, fixtures, and installations
Work closely with internal functions (i.e., marketing team/operations team) and external partners (i.e., LCS partners, IP partners, vendors) to get full alignment on the marketing campaigns and utilising the local, regional and global resources.
Pro-actively manage key assets to LBR channel (i.e., GWPs, Makes and Takes, LEGO Extended Lines) ensuring optimal usage
Deliver the effective and seamless communication with our external partners ensuring all the retail marketing activities are performed as planned.

Branded channel business (LEGO Certified Stores/Merlin) plays a critical role in the LEGO group to deliver inspirational experience to shopper and consumer, and is also strategically important channel to grow our business in terms of both commercial and further brand building in Australia & New Zealand. Our ambition is to build uniquely branded and experiential retail experiences and deliver the our strong brand value to shopper/consumer. You will lead the development of unique and powerful experience in LEGO Store by collaborating with the external partners and internal collaborators.
Do you have what it takes
Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing related field or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 5+ years of related experience of retail marketing/trade marketing/shopper marketing in the consumer/branded products.
The ideal candidate will not only possess the marketing field experience but general knowledge of retail business and sales.
Proactive, self-driving and strong leadership skills to drive the business agenda in the team.
Highly organised, details-focused with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to build strong relationship with cross-functional and external partners by creating collaborative environment.
Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills in English.
