We are looking for a superstar engagement marketer to develop, implement and optimize a world class fan and engagement strategy!

Using your fan management expertise, strategic approach, commercial foresight and growth mindset to own the vision and lead the team responsible for creating, running and improving our engagement experiences for adult fans and consumers.
Manage internal and external partners at the most senior level.

Have a dotted line into the physical product organization, working alongside the VP of Adults in the Product Group.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Adult fans of the LEGO® Brand and LEGO® building have always been an important focus for the LEGO Group and this consumer group, and priority, continues to rapidly grow. We are correspondingly moving into a new phase in terms of mentality and organizational thinking to unlock further value for adults and the LEGO Group.
To unleash this agenda and growth opportunity further, we are elevating and increasing the existing adult organization, end to end. This includes recognizing the need for a dedicated function to focus on our Adult Engagement Strategy.
Adult Engagement will be responsible for engagement with adults interested in LEGO® bricks, as consumers and builders for themselves (rather than as parents or gatekeepers for others). They may be deep fans (e.g. in the LEGO® Ambassador Network), Fan Creators (e.g. participating in LEGO Ideas) or they may be new to LEGO® building, in which case this role will focus on introducing them to the wider portfolio, helping improve their building mastery and ultimately connecting them to our membership and deeper engagement programs.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate will come from a sport, entertainment, music or selected FMCG company which excels in fan community creation and development, with extensive work experience at senior strategic level. You bring significant experience in amass, global fan management / engagement role, using digital products and loyalty programs. In addition, you have worked on physical and/or digital products or experiences targeted towards a family / integrated audience. Finally, it would be beneficial if you have experience with:
Running a global brand website
Working on connected ecosystems / omnichannel content and commerce
