Responsibilities: - Obtaining administrative information from entities collaborating with the HIV Fellowship - Administrative support for marketing and recruitment for the HIV Fellowship including social media posting - Scheduling meetings, didactics, lectures, events, site visits etc. - Tracking of evaluations, time off requests - Reminders about trainings, annual screenings rotations, events, didactics, meetings, conferences, webinars, credentialing exams, etc. - Coordinating and Updating documents
