Seeking newly admitted to 2 years' experienced Associate Attorneys for a well-established Insurance Defense firm in San Antonio. Candidates with experience or interest in Civil Litigation, Real Estate Litigation in HOA matters, Insurance Defense, are welcome to apply. Scope of work and responsibilities:
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses and motion practice
- Emphasis on civil litigation from case inception to resolution
- Trial prep and attending courtroom hearings
Join a team of skilled attorneys practicing in sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation. Position is daily in-office. Base compensation starting DOE $100K- $130K, performance-based bonus, full suite benefits, 401K.
