PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Provide the required leadership to safely implement assigned track construction projects. Provide leadership accountability for inputs and outputs of safety, service, and productivity.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Reports to Manager Production
- Ensure CPKC regulatory compliance for respective project assignments
- Investigate failures of CPKC policies, safety practices and procedures
- Participate in the development of and implement work processes/changes that achieve continuous improvement
- Promote and implement the application of CPKC policies, safety practices, and procedures by all direct reports
- Reviews planned capital work, confirms material, and execution requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of progressive Supervisory experience in Track Renewal/Maintenance is preferred
- Solid understanding of Red Book, SPC's, GEI
- Capability to lead a project plan/schedule
- People leadership skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Management Conductor Program:
