I am working with a fantastic multi practice law firm located in Houston, TX is seeking a 3 year Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney. The ideal candidate desires to work in a collaborative team centric office.
Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
- Transactional Commercial Real Estate experience that represents developers, lessors, managers and brokers.
- Case dockett wil include real estate subset areas that include construction, bankruptcy, business entities, banking and corporate law.
- Board Certified preferred.
- Licensed to practice in law in TX
