Digital Wellness Program Manager-CSR at
New York/Washington DC Hybrid Role: Digital Wellness Program Manager-CSR Location: New York/Washington DC Contract 12 months Supplier will perform the following tasks under the direction of Client to support the above objectives ("Services"):
• Implement and lead digital wellness programs within time and budget constraints
• Manage master project plans; develop timelines and schedules, identify resources and best practices, develop processes and procedures to successfully manage and track the project to ensure deliverables are met;
• Manage partnerships with non-profit organizations, conduct ongoing evaluations of their work, and meet regularly to course correct program progress
o Measure effectiveness and societal impact of the programs developed; communicate impact through quantitative and qualitative data, as well as stories of impact
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials for internal and external project meetings; Present program overview, findings, results on a frequent basis to multiple stakeholders
• Adhere to PMO standards, methodologies and procedures
• Effectively manage multi-million dollar budget
• Provide subject matter expertise as a member of various cross functional teams including Marketing, PR, Employee Engagement, PMO, Finance, and Public Policy
• Conduct site visits to monitor program progress and assess partner performance
