Details:

Title: Network Engineer

Long term Contract

Locations: REMOTE

Hourly rate: $35/hr on w2 (negotiable)

Job Description and Requirements:

To build and maintain a strong and efficient network infrastructure for the Client’s locations.

To assess the Client's needs and implement solutions to ensure a safe and dependable network. Diagnosing network issues, upgrading hardware and software, and remaining current on industry trends to recommend changes.

Should have knowledge on routine maintenance and upgrades are performed to avoid downtime and security concerns.

Hands on experience on LANs, WANs, and other network topologies are designed and implemented and evaluating and selecting hardware and software solutions to satisfy the Client's needs.

Hospitality Client is desirable but not mandatory.

Diagnosing and addressing network faults as soon as possible and work with end-user technical assistance and collaboration with other IT teams to resolve issues.

Working with other IT professionals, such as system administrators and security specialists, to maintain a cohesive IT environment and Routine maintenance and upgrades are performed to avoid downtime and security concerns.

Requirements and Skills: Network Engineer

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related discipline is required.

Hands on experience on networking protocols and technology and possess excellent communication skills for efficient collaboration and user assistance.
