Joining our Dorney Park team means you’ll oversee core HR functions, projects, and processes related to onboarding, compliance, and associate relations.

- Comply with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws.
- Screen applicants to ensure they meet Dorney Park’s hiring criteria.
- Interview and make job offers to applicants that meet the requirements of the job.
- Assist newly hired associates through the associate life cycle.
- Participate in various hiring events including internal and external job fairs.
This will be a part-time, hourly position.
