www.workability.one Launches Spotlight Reverse Recruiting Services to Support Neurodivergent Job Seekers

This three-month, trial subscription service includes:

  • One introductory kick-off video conference to chat about goals, aspirations, fears, and suitable work environments.
  • Review existing resume or job applications, and crafting a more effective customized resume
  • Writing a customized cover letter
  • Creating a LinkedIn profile page
  • Searching job postings, reviewing job qualifications and requirements to identify opportunities best-suited for the job seeker.
  • Applying for 15 different jobs well-suited to the job seeker's skill-level and career interests. This entails submitting online applications on the job seeker's behalf.
  • Providing one, one-hour coaching session per month. This can also be broken down into 30-minute sessions every other week to be used within the 90-day trial period. Coaching can take place via email, chat or video conference, whichever is most comfortable for the job seeker and advocate.
