Founded in May 2021 by the mom of two neurodiverse teen boys, the workability job board was developed to level the playing field for job seekers living with a disability, be it developmental or physical.

"One of the greatest barriers in the job search process is concern around disclosing a disability," said Sheila Jordan, founder and Managing Director of workability LLC.

"workability relieves anxiety around these barriers for both the job seekers and the employers, because disability disclosure has already taken place through the job board itself."
