About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT and non-IT recruiter to join our team on a commission-based basis. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various IT and non-IT roles.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking to identify potential candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job openings.
Placement: Successfully place qualified candidates in suitable positions with our clients.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service.
Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide guidance and support.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the IT and Non-IT industries
Proven track record in recruitment and sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using online job boards, social media, and recruiting tools
Own a laptop and access to job portals or a candidate database
