Raj Sardana is the Chief Executive Officer of Innova Solutions. He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience working with multi-national companies in several industries, including investment and workforce management. Raj founded Innova Solutions in 1998 and has spearheaded its growth into a global organization with more than 30,000 employees deployed across 25 different countries worldwide. Currently, Innova Solutions has 40+ office locations in the United States as well as offshore development centers in India and Taiwan.
