If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for managing teams, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</strong>The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a special field operations.&nbsp;You will be reporting to the General Manager of our Final Mile Department. You will actively manage driver performance, provide support throughout the delivery day, and handle real-time issues reported from the field. Fostering an environment of open communication with the teams in the field is essential.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Daily dispatch and route assignment and performance.</li><li>Driver / workforce development and appraisals</li><li>Driver payroll and vendor settlements</li><li>Participate in company and customer meetings</li><li>Internal and external Standard Operating Procedure and Key Performance Indicator compliance</li><li>Respond to inquiries from the teams providing support and guidance&nbsp;</li><li>DOT and driver safety monitoring and compliance</li><li>Serve as the operations liaison for the internal team</li><li>Foster an environment of open communication and working with others.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Prior Experience in logistics, operations, or a related field</li><li>Knowledge of DOT compliance and HOS regulations</li><li>Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>Arnoff Moving &amp; Storage offers a rewarding career in the moving and storage and logistics industry.
