BASA Resources a privately-held upstream oil and gas company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with excellent organizational skills.<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Duties will include:</p><ul><li>Processing invoices, including confirming coding accuracy</li><li>Working with company personnel and vendors to resolve invoice issues</li><li>Maintaining files</li><li>Distributing mail</li><li>Assisting with administrative tasks within the accounting department</li><li>Assisting with various assigned projects</li></ul><p>Education/Experience:</p><ul><li>High school diploma</li><li>Minimum of two years of accounts payable experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of upstream oil and gas invoice coding is advantageous</li></ul><p>Software:</p><ul><li>OGSYS (oil and gas accounting software) – experience preferred but not required</li><li>DocVue (document imaging software)</li><li>Excel – basic skill level required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
