CCS - Family Behavioral Health

About

Family Behavioral Health is an integrated, intensive service area within Catholic Community Services providing care using a "Wraparound" (Individualized and Tailored) approach. Services are designed for children/youth and families with multiple and complex needs, severe histories and who tend to be involved with multiple child-serving systems. Family Behavioral Health has been among industry innovators who continually "push the envelope" and challenge traditional thinking in social services.

Catholic Community Services (CCS) and Catholic Housing Services (CHS) are official human service outreach arms of the Catholic Church in Western Washington. Under the leadership of Archbishop Paul D. Etienne and Boards of Trustees, staff and volunteers answer the Gospel call to loving and compassionate service with particular concern for the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death and for the dignity of the human person.

Objectives

Family Behavioral Health maintains clinical and business objectives. Highlights from those objectives prioritized for 2023 are:

• Receive and respond to customer satisfaction survey data
• Enhance staff training on crisis communication
• Receive and respond to staff input on clinical and administrative opportunities
• Monitor and ensure sustainability
• Monitor and enhance access to services
• Maintain effective contracting relationships with fiscal partners

• Emergency assistance
• Food programs
• Home care for the elderly and persons with disabilities
• Senior transportation
• Counseling
• Children’s mental health services
• Foster care
• Child care
• Youth services
• Immigration assistance
• Outpatient chemical dependency treatment
• Shelters
• Transitional housing
• Affordable housing
