Welcome to Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc CIFC is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that has been a part of the community since it was founded in 2003. Headquartered on Main Street in the heart of Downtown Danbury, CIFC exists to serve and strengthen our communities through education, housing, and wellness.
