The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and international operations and will have a proven track record of managing the financial operations of a publicly traded company. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works closely with senior management to drive strategic financial initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the company.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt"><STRONG>Key Responsibilities</STRONG>:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Lead the preparation and filing of financial statements.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Manage audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance efforts.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</SPAN></LI></UL><P><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt"><STRONG>Qualifications</STRONG>:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">5-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior accounting role within a publicly traded company.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Strong leadership and communication skills.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Experience with ERP systems and financial software.</SPAN></LI></UL><P><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt"><STRONG>Preferred Qualifications</STRONG>:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">MBA or Master's in Accounting or Finance.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">Big 4 experience and expertise in mergers and acquisitions.</SPAN></LI><LI><SPAN style="font-family: "ms san serif"; font-size: 12pt">International accounting experience.</SPAN></LI></UL>
