The consultant will work remotely most of the time. We value each interaction as a brand-building opportunity.<br><br>We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead/Architect to join as a senior team member. You will enhance our large Salesforce (Core, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) instance, expand mobile solutions, and focus on the quality of integrations (payment gateway, systems of record, identify management). We serve world-class captive finance and insurance organizations that finance and insure automobiles, power sports, power equipment, marine, jets, insurance offerings, and more.<br>Join our team and contribute to reshaping our digital landscape through expert Technical Leadership.<br><br>What will this person be working on<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Act as the primary technical contact for Salesforce and mobile-related queries within the organization, liaising with both internal stakeholders and external vendors<br>• Oversee and drive the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to enhance customer experience and agent efficiency<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize mobile applications for iOS and/or Android with Salesforce, enhancing functionality across both digital channels<br>• Lead the integration and implementation of payment gateway improvements, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processing<br>• Roadmap and evangelize our digital transformation across mid-term and long-term plans. Utilize platform roadmap to maximize our product roadmap<br>• Develop and maintain comprehensive project and operations documentation, including system configurations, maintenance schedules, and upgrade strategies<br>• Monitor system performance and technical debt, resolving technical issues, discerning root cause, and implementing improvements to maintain service levels and user satisfaction<br>• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain a high level of system security and reliability<br>• Manage a team of 1-2 direct or indirect reports, providing guidance and support<br>• Experience providing leadership and audit of offshore developers and architects<br><br>Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS':<br><br>Required Qualifications<br>• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Architect within a large Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on payment gateway integration<br>• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud functionalities, with proven track records in complex and successful integrations and implementations<br>• Proficiency in developing high-visibility mobile solutions (iOS and Android platforms)<br>• Self-starter with reliable follow-through, interested in problem-solving with data-driven analysis<br>• Experience managing teams with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills<br>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field<br><br>Desired Skills<br>• Salesforce certifications, particularly Salesforce Architecture and Development<br>• Knowledge of CRM platforms and integration tools<br>• SAFe agile methodology</p><p>The hiring range for this position is $84.00 to $91.00 W2 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay rate actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.</p>
