This position is contract to hire.<br /> <br /> <strong> What we're looking for: </strong></span> </span> <br /> <span style="color:#4A4A4A"> <span style="font-family:roboto"> <span style="font-size:10.5pt"> This position is to provide IT technical support for all approved end-user computer hardware, software and related technologies. Support also includes the scheduling and installation of approved hardware and software to meet organizational needs. The position also requires independent analysis and problem solving as well as great customer service skills. </span> </span> </span> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size:10pt"> <span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"> <strong> What you will be doing: </strong></span> </span> <ul> <li> Configuring and troubleshooting computer systems, PC/Server/Telecom hardware, software, and other computer applications</li> <li> Installing and configuring Customer image on computer systems</li> <li> Enforce hardware and operating system standards</li> <li> Updating the Customer knowledge base with tech tips and brief documents</li> <li> Responsible for the immediate troubleshooting of urgent technical Issues</li> <li> Research, and resolve technical problems</li> <li> Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems</li> <li> Offer technical support to Customer staff and troubleshoot computer problems</li> <li> Install and update company software and hardware as needed</li> <li> Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items</li> <li> Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying, and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action</li> <li> Take care of the proper deployment of new OS updates and security patches</li> <li> Follow up on closed tickets to verify Customer satisfaction</li> <li> Hands on support for on Rochester site server and network service requests</li> <li> On site asset management</li> <li> Dell, MAC hardware, and support experience desired</li> <li> Strong Windows Operating XP, Win 7 Win10</li> <li> Microsoft 0365 experience</li> <li> OSX, iOS and Android, and Intune or (MDM like) experience</li> </ul> <br /> <span style="font-size:10pt"> <span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"> <strong> What you will need to have:</strong> </span> </span> <ul> <li> <span style="color:#4A4A4A"> <span style="font-family:roboto"> <span style="font-size:10.5pt"> Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.</span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="color:#4A4A4A"> <span style="font-family:roboto"> <span style="font-size:10.5pt"> 5 years of Information Technology experience preferred.</span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="color:#4A4A4A"> <span style="font-family:roboto"> <span style="font-size:10.5pt"> Strong customer service skills required.</span> </span> </span> </li> </ul>
