Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do!</p><p><strong>Primary Function:</strong></p><p>Reporting directly to the Vice President of Technology, the Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in modernizing our security posture and achieving compliance with various security frameworks, including NIST and HITRUST.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Policy Development and Implementation:</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure all policies are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p>Security Framework Compliance:</p><ul><li>Lead efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with NIST, HITRUST, and other relevant security frameworks.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and address any gaps.</li></ul><p>Risk Management:</p><ul><li>Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments regularly.</li></ul><p>Incident Response:</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain an incident response plan.</li><li>Lead the incident response team during security breaches or incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.</li></ul><p>Security Awareness and Training:</p><ul><li>Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs to educate employees on best practices and security policies.</li><li>Foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.</li></ul><p>Technology and Tools:</p><ul><li>Evaluate and implement cybersecurity tools and technologies to enhance security posture.</li><li>Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.</li></ul><p>Collaboration and Leadership:</p><ul><li>Work closely with other departments to ensure cybersecurity policies are integrated into all business processes.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to junior security staff and other team members.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and HITRUST.</li><li>Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures.</li><li>Proven experience in incident response and risk management.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits Program</strong></p><p>Our benefits are incredible!</p><p>We offer a benefits package that includes:</p><ul><li>6 Paid Holidays</li><li>Full-time benefits 1stof the month after 60 days of employment.</li><li>Medical Insurance: We offer two medical plan options with low deductibles.
