The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the pharmaceutical distribution company. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including business strategy development, operational efficiency, financial performance, sales growth, and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in the pharmaceutical industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the distribution landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for expansion into new locations, while scaling existing operations.
Lead the launch of new product categories, new channels, driving innovation and market leadership.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and mental acuity to quickly learn, anticipate, and resolve problems.
Understanding in business terms and can retain and recall information that aids in decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, or a related field.
Proven track record in senior leadership roles (with experience in sales and operations) within the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG industry, distribution industry.
Strong business acumen with a history of driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in market expansion, product diversification, new channels.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
