We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee the operations of the Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. You will lead a team to provide an exceptional dining experience, maintain cost control, and implement effective marketing strategies.

Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.

Develop and manage the department’s budget, ensuring revenue and cost control targets are met.

Implement strategies to boost revenue, attract customers, and enhance brand reputation.

Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.

Ability to handle guest complaints and maintain high service standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an F&B managerial role.
