Our growth means exciting career opportunities for talented professionals in engineering, software development, and other key areas. <UL><LI>Position: Oracle WAM Application Specialist</LI><LI>Location: Hybrid</LI><LI>Position Type: Full-time</LI><LI>Travel: No</LI><LI>Visa Status: US Citizen</LI><LI>Clearance: No</LI></UL> Scope of work: <UL><LI>Support implementation and maintenance of Oracle WAM.</LI><LI>Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and processes.</LI><LI>Design software solutions that adhere to programming best practices.</LI><LI>Develop customized database programs to enhance COTS products.</LI><LI>Create and maintain integrations to external applications.</LI><LI>Perform unit testing to validate solutions; assist with user acceptance testing.</LI><LI>Follow change management procedures to migrate new solutions to Production.</LI><LI>Provide production support by troubleshooting and resolving identified issues.</LI><LI>Follow service level agreement (SLA) metrics when resolving production issues.</LI><LI>Collaborate with IT team to deliver secure solutions on schedule and on budget.</LI><LI>Mitigate security vulnerabilities by working with IT Security and COTS vendor.</LI><LI>Work with COTS vendor to support, maintain, and upgrade applications.</LI><LI>Configure maintenance objects and business objects in Oracle WAM.</LI></UL> Qualification: <UL><LI>A bachelor’s degree.</LI><LI>At least twelve (12) years of direct industry experience in the functional areas related to the subject matter specialty in the discipline in a variety of organizational settings.
