<p><strong>Inside Sales Assistant</strong> for an Aerospace &amp; Defense Hardware Distributor located in Gardena. The candidate must be a dependable team player who operates with integrity, is self-directed and a quick learner.&nbsp; Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp new concepts is required.</p><p>The&nbsp;<strong>Sales Assistant</strong> will directly report to the V.P. of Sales and will support Sales Account Managers in data entry, sourcing of product, supplier inquiry and customer support.</p><ul><li>Customer focused with strong communication skills and the ability to develop customer relationships</li><li>Teachable with the ability to work in a fast paced highly demanding environment</li><li>Strong computer and analytical skills a must</li><li>Experience within the aerospace, defense or fastener industry and/or sales background a plus</li><li>Full time position includes Dental, Vision, Medical and Retirement benefits</li><li>Company funded retirement program</li><li>Entry level sales position with opportunity for advancement&nbsp;</li><li>Pay rate: $20.00 – $28.00 / hour.
