Corporation (MRC) is looking for a full-time logistician to work in our <b>Portsmouth RI</b> production facility as our Government Property Administrator. </span> </span> </span> </span> </p> <p> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <b> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Responsibilities:</span> </span> </b> </span> </span> </p> <p> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>This position will be responsible for performing a variety of logistical functions , including shipping and receiving, discrepancy reporting, Receipt and Issue, Physical inventory Maintenance, Reporting, Utilization reporting, Storage, material distribution and tracking delivery, and final disposal of materials in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable Government laws and regulations.</span> </span> </span> </span> </p> <p> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>This position may require operating hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.</span> </span> </span> </span> </p> </div></div><div> <div>Job Requirements</div> <div> <p> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <b> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Required Qualifications</span> </span> </b> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>:</span> </span> </span> </span> </p> <ul> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience providing integrated logistics support, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>A high school/vocational school degree or GED certificate.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Experience using and maintaining warehouse inventory management systems.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Knowledge of Item Unique Identification (IUID) registry requirements.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Good eye-hand coordination and physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task and apply effective problem-solving skills.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Ability to work in an industrial setting and follow Standard Operating Procedures for a safe and efficient work environment.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> </span> </p> <ul> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>1 year experience operating material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>1 year experience providing customer service support in a warehouse environment.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Familiarity with the Government Property Control process.</span> </span> </span> </span> </span> </li> <li> <span style="font-size:11pt;"> <span> <span> <span style="font-size:12pt;"> <span>Forklift certification.</span> </span> </span> </span>
