<p>Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS), Lititz, PA, recruits, organizes, and empowers volunteers to repair and rebuild homes for those impacted by natural disasters. With a mission to respond with Christian love to serve people who would not otherwise have the means to recover, MDS strives to restore hope and bring people back to their homes. Through these acts of service, MDS staff and volunteers strive to model Christ and bring hope, love, and wholeness to all who benefit from, participate in, or encounter the ministry.</p><p>Mennonite Disaster Service is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to support leadership in championing employee development, enhancing culture, and driving human resources initiatives throughout the organization. A hands-on position, the HR Manager, will lead and execute all human resources functions including employee benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Additionally, the HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team in advancing the growth and strategic initiatives of the organization. An ability to drive results and bring a “can-do” spirit is essential to the role.
