<p>Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS), Lititz, PA, recruits, organizes, and empowers volunteers to repair and rebuild homes for those impacted by natural disasters. With a mission to respond with Christian love to serve people who would not otherwise have the means to recover, MDS strives to restore hope and bring people back to their homes. What began over 74 years ago with a spontaneous gesture of faith, MDS is now transforming lives throughout the United States and Canada. Through these acts of service, MDS staff and volunteers strive to model Christ and bring hope, love, and wholeness to all who benefit from, participate in, or encounter the ministry.</p><p>Mennonite Disaster Service is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to support leadership in championing employee development, enhancing culture, and driving human resources initiatives throughout the organization. A hands-on position, the HR Manager, will lead and execute all human resources functions including employee benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Additionally, the HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team in advancing the growth and strategic initiatives of the organization. An ability to drive results and bring a “can-do” spirit is essential to the role. A seasoned professional, the successful candidate will combine a passion for the mission, vision, and core values of Mennonite Disaster Service with an enthusiasm for building teams and supporting employees in achieving the highest levels of professional development.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Human Resources</strong> <strong>Manager Position Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of progressive human resource management experience, required; Human Resources experience within a multi-location organization, a plus</li><li>Commitment to the Anabaptist faith and peace position and active in an Anabaptist church</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><strong>Please submit resume and cover letter: </strong>www.NorthGroupConsultants.com/jobs<strong>&nbsp; </strong>
