This exciting Hybrid Work benefit offers colleagues a flexible work schedule with the ability to remain connected with their Merchants team and colleagues.</P><P> </P><P><STRONG>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</STRONG></P><UL><LI>Responds to inquiries from agents regarding policy ratings and billing status.</LI><LI>Updates rating information, verifies policy information, and works with the underwriting team to meet service standards and company goals.</LI><LI>Reviews loss control surveys to verify policy exposures for proper rating.</LI><LI>Assists in the achievement of commercial lines loss ratio objectives for the assigned territory.</LI><LI>Assists in the achievement of commercial lines production goals for the assigned territory.</LI></UL><P> </P><P><STRONG>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</STRONG></P><UL><LI>High school diploma or equivalent work experience.</LI><LI>3 plus years’ work experience in an Insurance Company or Agency.</LI><LI>Prior experience in insurance rating and knowledge of insurance terms.</LI><LI>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</LI><LI>Computer experience including Microsoft Word experience.</LI><LI>ImageRight knowledge is a plus.</LI></UL><P><STRONG> </STRONG></P><P><STRONG>Merchants Insurance Group Pay information:</STRONG></P><P>Merchants Insurance Group offers a competitive pay scale.  The actual compensation will be determined based upon experience and other factors permitted by law.  The initial pay range for this position is $40,504 - $ 53,991.</P><P><STRONG> </STRONG></P><P><STRONG>Merchants Insurance Group Benefits:</STRONG></P><UL><LI>Welcoming and positive work environment.</LI><LI>Colleague Appreciation Events.</LI><LI>Flexible work arrangements, including flex scheduling and summer hours.</LI><LI>Hybrid work schedule.
