Responsibilities include:<br>• Manage entire tax return engagement</p><p>• Communicate with clients and governments</p><p>• Organize and plan large projects</p><p>• Manage a team of accountants. Duties include:</p><p>- Review staff and senior work</p><p>- Motivate and mentor team</p><p>- Staff scheduling, evaluations, and training</p><p>• Assist partners with client issues, firm growth, etc.</p><p>• Manage and develop client relationships</p><p>• Research complex tax issues as needed</p><p>• Seek on-going professional development</p><p>• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned</p><p><br>Education/Experience:<br>• Bachelor degree in Accounting</p><p>• CPA</p><p>• 4+ years of tax compliance experience in public accounting with progressively more complex returns</p><p><br>Mohle Adams is a full service CPA firm offering tax, audit, and business advisory services.
