Your strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will pave the way to success for both you and the team you guide through training and mentorship. You'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction by analyzing job specifications and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you'll foster a safe and productive work environment, with responsibility for annual reviews and upholding safety standards within your department.</p><br><p><strong>What You'll Bring to the Table</strong></p><p>You bring a solid foundation with a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record of 10+ years in electromechanical repair, demonstrating your hands-on expertise.
