Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to gain insights into user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.
Design intuitive user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, placing a strong emphasis on usability and user experience.
Utilize wireframing, prototyping, and mockup tools to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and optimize user experience.
Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure the smooth implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer, backed by a robust portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
