Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity through compelling designs that communicate our mission of sustainability, style, and impact. From social media graphics to packaging, your work will be at the forefront of how our customers experience One Less.

 Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the brand's visual aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Social Media & Digital Content: Create engaging social media graphics, ads, and website visuals that tell the story of our sustainable practices and products.
Print Design: Design marketing collateral including lookbooks, brochures, posters, and product packaging with an emphasis on eco-friendly materials.
Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and email newsletters.
Photoshoot Coordination: Work closely with the photography team to direct photoshoots and select the best imagery for digital and print use.
Sustainability Storytelling: Help translate complex sustainability data into visually appealing and easily understandable infographics or visuals.
Innovation: Stay on top of design trends, particularly in sustainable fashion, and bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion or e-commerce.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and previous work in branding, digital, and print design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Familiarity with sustainable fashion trends and a passion for eco-friendly design practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
