<p><strong>Position Summary: &nbsp;</strong>As the Sales Operations Specialist your primary role is to manage Packet Fusion’s order to cash process. You will be the liaison between the sales and sales support departments, which include client success, support and solutioning. This position requires strong communication skills coupled with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking and analytical thinking is required. You will work collaboratively with leadership, sales, clients, providers, and internal resources to create an efficient and consistent transfer of information and partnership between departments and appropriate processing between our clients and providers. You are expected to be an active contributor on the team, keeping our order records polished and clean while assisting the clients, providers and teams with their administrative and operational processes in an effort to help our clients make the most informed technology decisions.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Quoting and order management for product, support contracts and cloud services</li><li>Renewals tracking and processing</li><li>Inventory control and management</li><li>Concession/ SPA approval and tracking</li><li>Manage the RMA desk</li><li>Cross train with all Operation employees to provide extra desk coverage</li><li>Shipping of product from HQ office when needed</li><li>Client/Vendor requests and follow up</li><li>Product line management and registration for premise and cloud vendors</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements: <u>What You Will Bring</u></strong></p><ul><li>You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or client success operations</li><li>General understanding of Channel Partners, Resellers, Trusted Advisors, Managed Service Providers, etc.</li><li>Experience with Client renewal processing and tracking to ensure renewals are concluded successfully and in a timely manner</li><li>Attention to detail is in your DNA and a high aptitude for critical thought and independent judgement</li><li>Ability to manage vendor and provider relationships</li><li>Must have a team player mindset with excellent collaboration and team building skills</li><li>Ability to manage high volumes multitask and problem solve</li><li>Must be a fast learner who is able to understand and rapidly adopt/adapt to new technologies</li><li>Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and take pride in providing clean, concise, high-quality deliverables</li><li>Acts as a centralized facilitator for all departments by functioning as a “Swiss army knife” of all things sales operations and client success operations</li><li>Hybrid position and requires presence in HQ office three days a week (at minimum)</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced in excel/data entry/word</li><li>Superior Client service skills</li><li>CPQ (Microsoft CRM) and Microsoft Great Plains experience a plus</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Solutioning, Client Success, Support, Business Ops, Accounting)</li></ul><p><strong>Education:&nbsp; </strong>High School diploma with applicable experience</p><p><strong>Experience – (This means experience in a related area--time spent doing similar work that provides the background for the current position.&nbsp; The experience is to be considered in addition to any educational or skill requirements of the position):</strong></p><p>Sales Operations, Business Operations, Client Success Operations, Procurement, SOP to POP Positions - minimum 2-3 years.</p>
