<p><br><strong>Why you should join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:</strong></p><p>As our future Talent Acquisition Specialist you will facilitate the full-cycle recruiting process from start to finish. This includes sourcing external and internal candidates, setting up interviews, conducting interviews, issuing offers, and managing onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for working with hiring managers in the planning, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to ensure high-quality candidates are identified and hired.</p><p>This position reports to the Director of People and Culture and works in a team of four in the People and Culture team. The schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours in our St. George, UT location, with flexibility to work from home two days a week.</p><p>We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, plus a company profit-sharing bonus every 6 months.</p><p>You will enjoy a total rewards benefits and compensation package including a generous 3 weeks of paid time off available on day one, 2 weeks of paid holidays, matching 401k, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, employer-paid disability and life insurance, and telemedicine.</p><p><strong><u>A day on the job includes:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing effective full-cycle recruiting strategies.</li><li>Providing creative thinking on innovative approaches to recruiting and sourcing.</li><li>Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through social media, networking events, job boards, e-mail marketing, educational institutions, and industry associations. Developing internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts. Participating in career events, conferences, and community job fairs.</li><li>Partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, submit requisitions, post job openings, schedule and conduct interviews, make conditional offers and onboard applicants.</li><li>Editing and writing job descriptions and job postings.</li><li>Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers, employment contacts and agencies.</li><li>Acting as a brand ambassador of The company to perspective employees, external agencies, and partners. Managing recruitment marketing efforts on the company's LinkedIn page.</li><li>Championing company culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives including promoting Women of Wilson Employee Resource Group.</li><li>Working with the People and Culture team to research new products and technologies, conduct ongoing analyses of current systems, and implement improvements in recruiting processes.</li><li>Assisting the Director of People and Culture in continually building an internal career development and leadership pipeline.</li><li>Supporting other HR functions within the People and Culture team.</li></ul><p><strong><u>This job may be for you if you have:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience with full-cycle recruiting and experience with sourcing in a variety of platforms</li><li>Experience using ATS (we use ApplicantPro) and HRIS (we use Paylocity)</li><li>Knowledge of Human Resource laws and regulations, EEO requirements</li><li>Strong decision-making skills. Excellent oral and written communications abilities. Effective negotiation and influencing skills</li><li>Ability to apply mature and discrete thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills in a variety of situations</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines</li><li>SHRM certification preferred but not required. Will help pay for you to get this.</li><li>Spanish speaking is a plus</li></ul>
