Reliance One Inc. is a minority-owned, MMSDC-certified staffing corporation headquartered in Michigan with a focus on matching the ideal professional to a client's specific needs for both long-term, short-term, or project based positions (including temporary, temporary to direct, or direct).

Since 1998, Reliance One has employed thousands of employees and has served hundreds of clients in various industries, including Medical, Information Technology, Automotive, Finance/Accounting, and Manufacturing. These clients rely on the flexible solutions that Reliance One provides which translate to marked improvement in performance, a reduction of costs, and the use of timely resources.

Our History

In 1998, co-founders James Beath and James Paquette founded Reliance One, Inc. They dedicated their time and energy to see their vision come to life: creating an industry leading staffing company that embraces the ever-changing preferences and needs of clients and employees, alike.

The new business partners started small, launching their recruiting services from the quarters of a residential basement. They quickly gained leverage in the market and were able to expand into new offices, taking with them the leadership and recruitment teams they have created.
