PROVIDING ACCESS TO PAY WHEN NEEDED

Ciena Healthcare now offers DailyPay, a new voluntary benefit to its staff members working at multiple facilities. Pay bills on time, with no late fees, no overdraft fees, and no need for payday loans! Signing up for DailyPay is FREE! Similar to an ATM, a fee is only applied when a transfer is made. In addition, DailyPay provides free tools to help individuals budget and work towards financial security.

The Kristine Halsey Career Advancement Program assists staff members with advancing their career path through education by providing education tuition reimbursement / student loan forgiveness. Staff members are eligible for up to $3500 per year!
