The Maples, Benzie County Medical Care Facility, is a 5-Star, county-owned Medicare and Medicaid skilled nursing facility in Frankfort, Michigan. Registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week providing our residents with the highest quality of care. Our facility provides long-term care, skilled nursing care, and rehabilitative therapy services, along with an outstanding activities staff. Residents are offered a wide range of events, including off-site and on-site activities and a home atmosphere.
