Become an instructor at the US Army Ordnance School working for an engaged and responsive small business.</p><ul><li>Provide&nbsp;Two Level Maintenance (Field Level Maintenance and Sustainment Level Maintenance)&nbsp;academic instruction&nbsp;on small arms weapons to include shoulder fired weapons, handguns, machine guns, mortars and towed artillery weapons</li><li>Review and update academic and doctrinal publications; and maintain vehicles/equipment supported by academic instruction</li><li>Provide academic instruction to conduct classroom/laboratory conferences, discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises in accordance with course material, POI, technical manuals, and student workbooks</li><li>Conduct student critiques</li><li>Review and provide pen and ink changes to lesson plans, cross-train, arrange and engage in instructional preparation and testing material, serve as an Assistant Instructor in classes</li><li>Provide feedback at the end of the block of instruction</li><li>Assist in updating technical content of lesson material</li><li>Participate as a subject matter expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages</li><li>Provide remediation training, maintain classrooms by re-configuring/setting up classroom furnishings, sort and maintain training aides and equipment, stock training materials and equipment, and/or assist with outdoor training site maintenance</li></ul><br><br>For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
