The Client Services Coordinator / Parking will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and guests. This position involves various responsibilities, including restocking supplies, managing parking logistics, and coordinating client escorts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Restocking:
- Maintain and restock stages and common areas.
- Refresh supplies in the client lounge at daily.
- Breakfast Coordination:
- Deliver breakfast by 8:45 AM and remove leftovers by 10:30 AM from all areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization before the day starts.
- Cleaning Schedule:
- Submit and oversee the daily cleaning schedule to maintain a tidy environment.
- Lunch and Runs Support:
- Place orders, pick up, and deliver lunch as needed.
- Foley Requests:
- Responsible for purchasing special Foley requests from clients.
- Parking Management:
- Assign parking spaces and respond to parking-related emails.
- Manage client service stage-side parking decals (issued bi-annually).
- Ensure all parking signage is up to date.
- Report unauthorized vehicles to security and maintain the parking assignment log in the office.
- Client Escorts:
- Organize and manage daily escort lists.
- Distribute escort copies to all gates and place copies in golf carts.
- Golf Cart Maintenance:
- Arrange for servicing of golf carts as needed.
- Mail Management:
- Pick up and respond to emails regarding packages and deliveries.
QualificationsEducation & Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in client services, facilities coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the entertainment or event management industry.
Skills:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using other office software.
- Basic understanding of parking management systems and protocols.
