Assignment Details/Requirements :
Active unrestricted Ohio license or IMLC required
Current Board Certification or Board Eligible required
ABLS, BLS, certifications required
Practice Setting: Inpatient, Admissions, Rounding Required
Patients per shift: 3-6
Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Specialty Skills: Low/High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Complicated delivery, Multiple births, C-section, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
Facility Details: EMR System: EPIC, 260 Bed Hospital, 24 beds in department, Trauma Level 3 facility, Level 2 PEDs facility, Support staff: RN: 6
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days, temporary privileges available
