Assignment Duration: Ongoing Position Overview: Facility is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join their outpatient clinic. This position primarily serves a high geriatric population with occasional minor procedures such as toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap smears, and joint injections.
Responsibilities: - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Full-time coverage, 20 days per month.
- Provide comprehensive family practice care with a focus on the geriatric population.
- Perform minor procedures such as toenail removals, lesion removals, Pap smears, and joint injections (negotiable).
- Work collaboratively with a support team including a Medical Assistant, Triage RN, Front Office Staff, and Clinic Manager.
- 100% adult and geriatric patients.
- No pediatric patients.
Qualifications: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Required.
- BLS, DEA - Required.
- Active Arizona State License - Required.
- Clean malpractice history preferred.
- Must demonstrate a history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators, and patients.
