Business Analyst II who loves working with project requirements. The candidate must be able to align and communicate with the project team around the stakeholders' vision while partnering with customers around their specifications.
As a Business Analyst II, you will be instrumental in driving the success of multiple products and/or programs. Your role will encompass the entire product development lifecycle, serving as a key liaison between customers and the product team. Your deep understanding of stakeholders' vision and exceptional communication skills will be critical in effectively translating and conveying their requirements to all involved parties. You will produce comprehensive project requirements and essential documentation to ensure seamless alignment and enhance the quality of software deliverables.
Business Analyst II Responsibilities- Collaborates extensively with internal and external stakeholders to determine project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manages and oversees complex projects across multiple products and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contract requirements.
- Translates customer requirements into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for development and product teams, ensuring accurate implementation.
- Conducts comprehensive analysis and verification of requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Translates requirements into detailed and well-structured epics and user stories, facilitating efficient development and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborates closely with software and technical teams to conduct rigorous UAT tests and create comprehensive test scripts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provides expert guidance, mentorship, and support to junior business analysts and team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent quality standards.
- Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional software teams to ensure development aligns with requirements, fostering strong teamwork and efficient project execution.
- Effectively communicates enhancements and modifications of business requirements to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively researches and reviews existing processes for requirements gathering, identifies areas of improvement, and suggests innovative strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitates interactive and productive project requirement meetings with customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project needs.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with a wide variety of personality types and internal environments, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork.
- Communicates effectively professionally and productively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders.

- Assists in researching and analyzing products to meet project requirements.
- Performs other assigned duties as necessary, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team and organization.
Business Analyst II Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in a related field
- 7+ years of related experience; healthcare management experience is preferred
- 5+ years experience using Jira or other similar ticketing systems
- In-depth experience in product development, applications, and user experience design
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to pass a preliminary credit and background check
- Upon hire, federal security clearance will be required
