Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Communications Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our client's location in the Twin Cities.
As a Sr. Marketing Communications Administrator, you will support the development of holistic, integrated communications programs to increase awareness and drive purchase intent of branded products across B2B audiences worldwide. You will partner with cross-functional teams and manage marketing agency partners to ensure alignment of program execution and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic editing of InDesign and PPT files
- Proactively managing approved project budgets and tracking in Excel document
- Enforcing proper brand usage and ensuring full brand compliance in created social, video, web, sales, print, and in-person assets
- Managing the development of foundational and campaign assets in full compliance of standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum four (4) years of Agency (account, project management, production, graphic design or digital role), and/or Corporate/Business marketing experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience leading marketing projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent writing and proofing skills, high-level of creativity, and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Prior experience writing creative briefs
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels such as Social Media, Email/Marketing Automation, Tradeshows, Website, Brochures, etc.
