Genesis10 is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Developer with our client in the insurance industry located in Milwaukee, WI. This is an 11+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with key business units, developers, and security engineers to design and enhance the Identity and Access Management Program
- Architect, support, and implement improvements to identity-related systems and processes
- Responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to identify software defects and validate functionalit
- Work within a DevOps model to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain full stack applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end components
- Ensure the security and reliability of identity management systems
Requirements: - 4+ years of software engineering, debugging, analysis, and software documentation experience
- Expertise in full stack development
- 3+ years of experience with front end development in modern technologies like REACT, JavaScript, and Node JS
- Expertise in backend development (e.g., My SQL, Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Python)
- Proficiency in developing cloud-based, dockerized applications and microservices
- Experience with Agile methodologies/DevOps environment including CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
- Advanced programming skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
