This role will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting for US, Canada & Bermuda. It will also partner with the global TA team on strategic initiatives. Reports directly into the Head of HR (Americas).

Description
- Full Cycle Recruitment
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders & hiring managers
- Working with hiring managers on interview processes & best practices
- Working with recruitment agencies- liaison for all hiring
- Sourcing of candidates through job boards- keeping an active pipeline
- Coordinate with HR team on onboarding
- Managing ATS
- Working on global initiatives for TA team
Profile
- Bachelor Degree
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services
- Strong stakeholder management
